GEOLocator: Fleet & Workforce Tracking Platform
GEOLocator is a real-time tracking and fleet management platform built to give organizations complete visibility over their mobile workforce. A live map dashboard lets administrators monitor every driver's route, session history, and location data, while a simple one-tap mobile app lets drivers start or stop tracking on the go, even without an internet connection, with data syncing automatically once back online.For environments where drivers may not carry a phone, or where a dedicated hardware solution is preferred, GEOLocator also supports standalone GPS tracker devices as an alternative to the mobile app, configurable based on the client's requirements. The system is well suited for fleets, offices, and schools alike, with a strong emphasis on maintaining accurate historical records and flagging tardiness, unauthorized stops, and schedule deviations so managers can act quickly and keep operations accountable.
Project Management System
An all-in-one project and employee management web application designed for high-volume data processing environments. The platform serves as a centralized hub to streamline workforce tracking, monitor real-time project progress, manage leave requests, and generate operational metrics like mandays and project schedules. Built to streamline operational logistics, the application features dedicated workflows for managing vendor records, mapping assets to specific organizational departments, and tracking items across multiple office locations. Additionally, the platform automates complex financial bookkeeping by providing integrated depreciation calculations and granular asset code tracking, turning raw inventory data into actionable financial and operational reports through a single, secure admin dashboard.
Traffic Count and Analysis
Engineered a comprehensive, end-to-end traffic analysis ecosystem featuring a custom-built desktop annotation tool tailored specifically for FairMOT (Multi-Object Tracking with Re-identification). The tool streamlines dataset creation by incorporating a multi-panel workspace where internal annotators can frame bounding boxes, assign vehicle classes, and maintain consistent tracking IDs across frame sequences for robust re-identification training. This high-quality data directly feeds into a centralized machine learning pipeline to train advanced computer vision models. The resulting automated inference system handles unseen footage to power precise vehicle counting, and behavioral movement analysis.
HisabhKitab: Stock Management System
HisabKitab is an all-in-one business intelligence and retail operations management web platform
designed to provide businesses with complete visibility over their commercial performance. As
illustrated in the image, the application centralizes vital business metrics onto a real-time data visualization dashboard—tracking monthly sales volumes, steady customer growth curves, order lifecycle trends (pending, completed, and cancelled), and granular revenue breakdowns across key product categories like electronics, clothing, accessories, and home goods.
Engineered to handle multi-outlet retail complexity, the system features comprehensive supply chain
and inventory management modules. This enables businesses to organize deep product catalogs into
structured main and sub-categories, keep tight controls over stock levels, manage purchase orders,
handle product returns, and coordinate logistics across various designated operational areas and
physical outlets.
Beyond inventory tracking, the platform serves as a workforce management hub, incorporating built-in
tools to monitor employee data, log daily attendances, and track staff groomings. By integrating
transactional order generation with staff logs, corporate managers can set clear target and
achievement milestones, streamline customer information storage, and convert day-to-day

HisabhKitab: Mobile System
A lightweight companion app for on-the-ground staff, built to complement the main Stock Management System. Employees log in to record sales and purchases, capture quantities and running totals in real time, view products and sales history, and upload a selfie for attendance verification, feeding data straight back into the central dashboard.
Hair Color Segmentation App
An app that segments hair color in real time. This app was made for a cosmetics brand's products to be distributed to hair suppliers. Can be tried via "DC Color Palette" on the Appstore and Playstore.
Static or Dynamic Websites
We develop dynamic CI or Laravel websites or static WordPress-based informational sites such as this showcasing the organization's history, executive committee, household statistics (घरधुरी तथ्यांक), and membership data (सदस्यता विस्तार) via static pages and downloadable publications.
Family Tree Platform
Built a private, login-based genealogy web application in PHP for a Samaj/Guthi to manage family records. The system let authorized users digitize and maintain genealogical records, including parents, children, spouses, marriages, divorces, and lineage details. Families were organized by their respective Guthis, with visual family trees and ancestral lineages to help preserve and explore genealogical records.
